We work proactively, as well as reactively, with numerous brands and agencies with whom we have close relationships to secure a huge turnover of deals for our talent. Our approach is underpinned by personal relationships across the industry, strategic use of data as well as the strong creative skills and vision of the team that all work in harmony with our talent to deliver unique and truly engaging partnerships. We work across verticals from Sport through Lifestyle to Tech, ensuring we always stay true to our talent first approach.

We have had the pleasure of our talent appearing on ITV, the BBC, Channel 4 and an array of non-terrestrials. We work on guest appearances as well as formats we are currently actively developing. Our belief is that the future of broadcast talent is now often born on non-traditional platforms and we passionately uphold and advocate for this.

Many of our talent have charitable alliances and sit as spokespeople for charities. We help talent align with the best organisations for them and guide those relationships from the early days of working with a charity to live events held in conjunction with and/or in support of a number of wonderful causes.

Many of our talent have ambitions off-screen as well as on and we play an active role in this area of their careers. Covering speaking opportunities, panel hosting, curation and guest appearances, all the way through to regular events for groups of attendees and book launches, we are there to bring these community-based moments to fruition. We work on every aspect of a live event from initial planning through guestlist curation, venue liaison, decoration and catering to obtaining sponsorship and final execution, delivering impactful moments that both team and talent are always incredibly proud of.

Whether we are placing talent in a DDA-owned IP or helping them with their own ideas, we have worked on a range of successful podcasts to date. We ensure the podcasts we work on with our talent are true to them, we secure sponsorship, arrange for external producers and studios to come on board as needed and have plans to extend this area out into our live offering in the near future.

Several of our talent either have books out in the market already or are actively working on their first. We have deep relationships with publishers, editors and some of the best literary agents in the business. We can work with our talent to find the best home for their idea, hone that idea or, from scratch, develop, refine and create a proposition that we then take to market. Publishing is something many of the team are deeply interested in and is a hugely exciting area at the moment for digital first talent, given that part of the industry is in a key transition moment. We are very proud that this offering is something we are able to extend to our clients from a point of true expertise.

We have steadily carved out a clear and exciting offering for talent working in the sport vertical that incorporates sponsorship expertise as well as day to day brand deals, broadcast connections, red carpet experiences and more. Our focus for all of our talent is longevity, a concern particularly relevant to sports-first talent. We look at how we can strategically broaden an audience base and weave in additional passion topics so that new lines of content are established and each talent’s unique voice can be heard.

Strategy underpins everything we work on for our talent, from an ad hoc deal all the way through to appearing on TV, publishing a book, being the face of a campaign or buying a first house. Our aim is to ensure our talent have long term, enduring careers while also being able to achieve personal goals and milestones; those are equally important to us. We set out a clear strategy for everyone we work with, check in on progress regularly, flex when we need to, always remaining agile, and have countless behind the scenes conversations so our advice is always aligned to drive those ambitions forwards.
